Babatunde Omojola neu am Lehrstuhl ÖRT

Seit Anfang April 2024 ist Babatunde Olaiya Omojola am Lehrstuhl für Ökologische Ressourcentechnologie beschäftigt. Er ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter mit Promotionsziel und forscht zum Thema "Nachhaltige Materialflüsse für Lithium-Ionen- und Post-Lithium-Batterien".
I studied Chemical Engineering at the Federal University of Technology Minna in Nigeria. I proceeded to study Sustainable and Innovative Natural Resource Management (SINReM), an Erasmus Mundus joint master’s degree program taught across Ghent University in Belgium, Uppsala University in Sweden, and TU Bergakademie Freiberg in Germany. My master’s research was focused on the recovery of lithium from end-of-life lithium-ion batteries. Prior to this time, I worked as a Process Engineer in the emerging German lithium refining industry.
